A new Head & Shoulders formulation needed product -testing amongst the most expert of consumers - a reprentative sample of the UK's professional hairdressers.

We recruited salons from around the UK and supplied the product. After a few days to try the product we ran in-depth telephone interviews measuring satisfaction and results.

The findings formed a key part of a major television, magazine and online advertising campaign.
